Fair use rationale for Image:Sims2ps2real.jpg

Image:Sims2ps2real.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. The question is why did Maxis rip microsoft home consoles of after the Sims 2 was releaced on the Xbox in 2005? DS freezing.

It freezes at certain times and places on the DS version. There is a lot of complaints online about it. Should I post something about this or is it not neutral enough.The drunken guy (talk) 13:18, 3 April 2010 (UTC)

Spore mention
