Hosting
editThere are no reliable sources available to provide verification that Malta will host JESC 2014 for definite. The only source out there is from Oikotimes which clearly states that Malta may ask the EBU if they can host it. The EBU have yet to agree to the request. So until such confirmation has been reached between the EBU and PBS, then we should not assume they will definitely host. This goes against original research. Also why are we adding trivial sections which is a clear violation of WP:TRIVIA? Wes Mᴥuse 00:36, 1 December 2013 (UTC)
Proposed merge with Cute (Maltese band)
editFollowing advice and suggestions at a recent AfD in regards to another Junior Eurovision artist (Eliias), it has been recommended that all JESC biographical articles be merged into their respective country by year articles. This is so we avoid future WP:AfDs, WP:SPEEDY, and WP:NOTREPOSITORY. The content the BLP article can easily be explained in the context of this country by year article, and it is currently of a reasonable size that the merging of BLP article will not cause any problems as far as article size or undue weight is concerned.
