Cleanup
editI removed the bullet list of "Shops" inside the casino. We should also incorporate the bullet "timeline" section into prose under the history section. //Blaxthos ( t / c ) 18:53, 29 June 2009 (UTC)
Proposed merger of The Wild Wild West Casino
editThe Wild Wild West Casino does not have its own hotel, parking, employees, or website. It is barely mentioned on Bally's website, this is the only reference I could find and it is not even about the Wild Wild West Casino, only a bar there. If it's not notable enough for a fair mention on the company's website, it's not notable enough for its own article, in my view. Could be easily covered in a section of this article. The Wild Wild West Casino was always operated under New Jersey law on the same gaming license as the rest of Bally's Atlantic City. It has always been advertised as part of Bally's, especially since they want it known as being part of the Caesars Entertainment "Total Rewards" loyalty system. The marketing does change frequently and haphazardly. The bar alone has gone full circle with name changes depending on whether or not a given alcoholic beverage company is having a promotion. I was surprised to see a separate article, so naturally, I agree with the idea of a merger. Worldbook1967 (talk) 04:35, 18 July 2013 (UTC)
- Merger completed. Accurizer (talk) 21:26, 2 August 2013 (UTC)
@Worldbook1967:@Accurizer: It's been several years since the merger but I just found and cleaned up part of the text about Wild Wild West. I'm replying to the two editors above, though I can't be sure if you're still active, because you may be familiar with the recent developments. It's certainly true that Caesars Entertainment offers very little information about the place. I couldn't find any information on the current restaurants. Or the national-brand stores that were promised in 2012. The paragraph that begins with the demise of Wild About Wings was left as it was. Roches (talk) 11:26, 25 January 2016 (UTC)
- I'll see what sources I may be able to find and try to help update it in the next week or so. Accurizer (talk) 03:24, 27 January 2016 (UTC)
