A fact from this article appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the "Did you know?" column on April 24, 2007.
The text of the entry was: Did you know ...that even though Uncle Tom's Cabin was the best-selling novel of the 19th century, it reached an even wider audience in its theatrical adaptations (advertising poster pictured)?
