Distinctions
editIt should be made clear:
- The physical site and facilities are owned by the Federal Railroad Administration and are named Transportation Technology Center
- The operator/manager is a private company named Transportation Technology Center, Inc., which is itself a subsidiary of the Association of American Railroads
- AAR has been operating TTC under contract to FRA since 1982.
- AAR formed the TTCI subsidiary to operate TTC in 1998.
- The operating contract was awarded to ENSCO, Inc. in 2021. Ensco takes over starting October 2022.

MxV Rail is the new name
editit was announced they changed there name as info. might want to change this article. they want to be different from the TTC (location) vs the company. 65.144.23.118 (talk) 17:22, 15 March 2022 (UTC)
