Generally accredited colleges are notable, so I would take exception to your statement that it is not notable. If you wish to merge and redirect the content into a more comprehensive article, I have no objection to that. But your proposed name seems to actually be a split from the main Tung Wah Group of Hospitals article, so would a merge there be more appropriate?
