Proposed move
edit- The following discussion is an archived discussion of the proposal. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. No further edits should be made to this section.
The result of the proposal was moved to Union for Europe of the Nations–European Alliance (unspaced en dash). Hard to tell from the article, but it seems to describe a merged organization. --BDD (talk) 23:46, 18 June 2013 (UTC)
Union for Europe of the Nations – European Alliance → ? – I'm not sure what to make of this one. If this is a hyphen or an en dash, it should be unspaced. Marcus Qwertyus (talk) 02:37, 10 June 2013 (UTC)

Union for Europe of the Nations–European Alliance → European Alliance – The group currently adopts this name and has adopted it for most of its history (1996–2004 and 2009–present). I know that there is an article named European Alliance right now, but that should be moved to European Alliance (Kosovo), as this article covers the main topic. It is almost an uncontroversial move, but I would like to see a debate. -- Checco (talk) 11:21, 26 April 2017 (UTC) --Relisting. Andrewa (talk) 12:56, 4 May 2017 (UTC)

- Relisting comment: This should be a multi-move, but the bot seems to have picked that up and there's already a heads-up at Talk:European Alliance to take care of that. Is there any evidence that the proposed name is the common name rather than just the official name, and that this is the primary topic for that name? We need both to justify this move. I also note that the article already at European Alliance reads in part the EUA:European alliance wants Kosovo to be a full UN and EU member by 2011. It makes me wonder, do either of these groups really meet the notability tests? Andrewa (talk) 13:08, 4 May 2017 (UTC)
- Comment. "European Alliance" is the common, and current and long-time official name of the group. It is evidently a primary topic, when compared to Kosovo's party. I hope we can move forward quickly with the move, which is practically incontroversial. --Checco (talk) 20:46, 8 May 2017 (UTC)
