As the change from the Party of Development and Reforms to United Democratic Alliance was a "rebranding" [1][2], expanding the UDA's article with historical information will WP:OVERLAP with the PDR's. Accordingly, the PDR article will remain a stub duplicating the proper contextualization for the UDA's origins since the PDR was marginal.
