Deleted the paragraph that defines environmental engineering

edit

This paragraph simply gives a definition of electrical engineering and doesn't belong in this article. A link to environmental engineering, which already exists, is sufficient.

Environmental engineers utilize biological and chemical principles to come up with solutions to environmental problems. Some of the issues they address include pollution (air and water), public health, waste disposal and recycling issues. Environmental engineers conduct harmful waste management training where they evaluate the danger find and give solutions to the containment and treatment of the waste as well as develop methods and regulations to prevent such issues.
