– Given that "upstart" is a fairly common term, the discontinued Ubuntu software currently titled Upstart is not the primary topic per WP:PRIMARYTOPIC. Thus the base name itself should be the disambiguation per WP:NOPRIMARY. --Animalparty! (talk) 18:56, 8 December 2018 (UTC)
