Notability?

edit

This is notable based on sourceability. I can find hundreds of thiousands of regular sources, a law article, and over a hundred scholarly articles about this topic. It is notable, in my opinion. So I am removing the prod. Bearian (talk) 05:12, 21 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

Er, okay, I guess. Maybe we should get some of those news articles into the page, then. And seems to me that this page is a sort of dictionary article. — HelloAnnyong (say whaaat?!) 05:53, 21 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

Potential move, google scholar comparisons

edit

I have come to this page a couple times because I have seen the phrase "usual, customary and reasonable" (which reidrects here) while reading about health policy. I have yet to see "Usual and Customary Rates" while reading so I did a comparison to see how many google scholar hits the two received. Results: usual, customary and reasonable has ~887 results to ~138 for usual and customary rates. I was thinking about moving to the common name. I suppose there is a chance, though, that the legal term deserves a stand-alone article? Or maybe they can both be covered under the common name. Jesanj (talk) 12:51, 5 August 2011 (UTC)Reply
