Le Mans
editHe had a best finish of sixth but two class wins? That seems contradictory. Wouldn't a best finish of sixth prevent him from having a class win? Wolf O'Donnel (talk) 22:50, 13 March 2022 (UTC)
- @Wolf O'Donnel: In the "24 Hours of Le Mans" infobox, "Best finish" indicates the driver's best overall finishing position in the race. In 1973, Elford finished 6th overall but won the GTS 5.0 class. (He also won his class in 1967, when he finished 7th overall). DH85868993 (talk) 06:10, 14 March 2022 (UTC)
