Rename page "Victor Valley"?

Shouldn't just page be named simply "Victor Valley". No need for the ", California" disambig. Also, the comma implies settlement, but this is a valley. Shouldn't it follow the page name style of other valleys in southern California, like Coachella Valley, Cucamonga Valley, and Antelope Valley? "Victor Valley" redirects here, as does "Victor Valley (California)"--looks like three pages once existed and were merged about five years ago. Pfly (talk) 08:38, 4 August 2010 (UTC)

"Urban Sprawl"

Oh, get off it -- there is no urban sprawl in Victor Valley. I've been through it, flown over it, and both landed and taken off from Victorville itself. Victor Valley is ALL rural. A few blocks of settlements along a interstate highway does not constitute an "urban" area any more than hundreds of thousands of other small villages and towns across the nation. Even in it's most densely populated area, i.e. Victorville itself, would, at most, be classified as suburban (and ONLY if in the extended reach of an urban center such as Los Angeles). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.231.129.103 (talk) 16:52, 8 November 2010 (UTC)

• Support as unnecessary disambiguation and per WP:CONSISTENCY. See Imperial Valley, Coachella Valley, Antelope Valley, etc. If anything, it should be parentheses to distinguish it as not a city name. Dohn joe (talk) 13:05, 14 June 2015 (UTC)
