Image copyright problem with Image:EJProfile.jpg

The image Image:EJProfile.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. Victorian "rivalry" with Western Australia?

I've attempted to edit this section a number of times but each time I've had these edits reverted by "Balmey". My anecdotal experience as a Melbournian football fan since the early-90s is that Victorian fans nor current players believe a "rivalry" or "intense rivalry" exists with Western Australia (at least no more so than Tasmania or any other state). Perhaps a rivalry existed in the 70s or 80s, but this seems to have long since subsided. Perhaps Western Australians consider this a rivalry, but in that case it is one way and doesn't belong on this page. Is anyone else from Victoria able to shed light on this?
