OPPOSE - Too many issues such as WP:UNDUE (of various content) and WP:NOTAMEMORIAL. Not the least of which is the inconsistent title and the vertical NavBox; no other similar articles have a NavBox like this and there are several editors who are fairly protective (and at times defensive) of this article's content (WP:OWNERSHIP?) --Scalhotrod - Just your average banjo playing, drag racing, cowboy... (Talk) 16:38, 20 July 2014 (UTC) I withdraw, I did not realize that this was a solo process and assumed others would comment. --Scalhotrod - Just your average banjo playing, drag racing, cowboy... COMMENT — I hardly think that you, of all people, with your issues about the {{Virginia Tech massacre}} template, are the person to conduct a review of this article; nor have you stated which portion(s) of Wikipedia:Good article criteria are in question. Please do not put yourself forward as a reviewer of this article again; you may also want to read Wikipedia:What the Good article criteria are not. Thank you.—D'Ranged 1 VTalk 17:32, 26 July 2014 (UTC)Reply

Just to let you know, a GA nomination is not a discussion where you post that you are opposed to the article being assessed as a good article. It is a process in which the reviewer reads the article, identifies issues that need to be addressed under the good article guidelines, and engages in a meaningful dialog with the nominator. Unless you can identify issues that rate a quick fail, your review is not a valid review. Use the tools that are provided and do this right, you have not identified any reasons why the article should not pass only what you dislike about the article. --Jeremy (blah blahI did it!) 18:23, 26 July 2014 (UTC)Reply
