Merge from Compagnie Gabriel Voisin
editDuring most of its life, Voisin aircraft production was done under the name Aeroplanes G. Voisin (from 1912 to 1918). This period covers the vast majority of the significant production of the company and the entirety of that covered by Compagnie Gabriel Voisin. Josh (talk) 00:33, 7 February 2008 (UTC)
- Sounds good to me, I'll merge them now. - Trevor MacInnis (Contribs) 17:35, 27 August 2008 (UTC)

Image copyright problem with Image:Voisin3 escadrille.jpg
editThe image Image:Voisin3 escadrille.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check
- That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
- That this article is linked to from the image description page.

- Done OK, I've researched the matter further. Since no discussion and no input here, I'll go ahead boldly and make appropriate changes to the article. --Kubanczyk (talk) 08:56, 15 June 2011 (UTC)
Name
editI suggest moving this to Voisin (company) or Voisin (aircraft manufacturer). --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 18:56, 23 August 2012 (UTC)
- Not Voisin (company) because of the car company, Avions Voisin.TheLongTone (talk) 22:49, 24 August 2012 (UTC)

– I don't see this as a good primary topic, it gets about 3x less views than Avions Voisin. (Sorry, having a hard time linking the graph.) There are also quite a few people named Voisin at the dab page. 162.208.168.92 (talk) 16:34, 5 March 2021 (UTC)
