editDoes not meet WP:SOLDIER & sig RS coverage not found link.
The only thing that the article has going for it is the fact that Hollaender was half Jewish and received a certificate of "aryanisation". However, this does not seem to have resulted in substantial coverage; just a few passing mentions (also here).
A de.wiki article does not exist either. But no objection to restoration if it can be shown that such coverage exist.
