Ambiguous common name, and the move
editIn the western USA, both Z. princeps and Z. trinotatus (also called Pacific Jumping Mouse) are present. Z. princeps has been called both Western and Pacific Jumping Mouse in different references listed here. I used the common name (Western) suggested in MSW3, and to distinguish it from Z. trinotatus.
This article originally redirected to Pacific Jumping Mouse. Instead, that should become a disambiguation page. --Justin 16:41, 1 August 2007 (UTC)
