editArticle edited. The sources do not indicate charges of a sexual relationship with the Iraqi woman. The charges are fraternization. The military definition of fraternization is not synonymous with sexual relations, and it is used as a catch-all to include all inappropriate relationships, sexual or otherwise.HealthySkepticism 14:48, 6 May 2007 (UTC)
One must keep in mind that an aquittal does NOT mean that he didn't do it. It simply means that the prosecution was unable to show "beyond a reasonable doubt" that he did it. Fact of the matter is, several soldiers saw it, some repeatedly. It was reported to the soldiers' supervisors. It was recorded in log books which seem to have been conveniently "lost".
Don't think for a moment that this guy is innocent of aiding the enemy...he isn't. He just isn't getting PUNISHED for it. 216.40.86.74 06:47, 20 October 2007 (UTC)
If a section is incorrect, then FIX IT rather than posting your opinion in the section titles. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.19.41.254 (talk) 07:27, 9 September 2011 (UTC)
