pronunciation
editIs it WOOS-tər, like the one in England? Lfh (talk) 10:58, 16 January 2010 (UTC)
- Well the majority of people in Worcester speak Afrikaans and the Afrikaans pronounciation is with a "v", so it would sound like VOOS-tər Bezuidenhout (talk) 13:02, 19 September 2010 (UTC)
- Agreed. But in South African English, it is pronounced like the English one. - htonl (talk) 11:30, 11 July 2011 (UTC)
Demographics
editAre the Demographics for the actual city or munipality? It looks like it's only for the muncip. Bezuidenhout (talk) 19:54, 23 June 2010 (UTC)
Population
editHow can the population of the town be 140,000+ when the Breede Valley Municipality is only 130,000? They were both taken in 2001, so there wasn't some sort of population increase. Bezuidenhout (talk) 13:00, 19 September 2010 (UTC)
- I see now, the population is for the municipality and the 130,000 figure is in 2007, so there was a population decrease.
