edit-Under "Legal Issues," the last few paragraphs could be simplified. It appears as though they were written academically, whereas they should be simple, neutral statements so that anyone can understand them.
-While there are links to other articles under some of the topics, there could be some brief explanation of what it is and how it relates to employee monitoring.

-The legal issues category seems to be a bit wordy. Maybe it would help to break them down. Some of the other articles do not seem to be established enough. I would focus on building up information on these articles and taking out quotes and paraphrasing

Added: "The enormity of potential productivity loses, as reported by Court (2004), is approximately one million dollars annually for a company with 500 employees surfing the Internet for just a half hour a day." [1] Not only does employee monitoring prevent theft of money and resources, but it also prevents theft of time and to make sure people are doing what they are supposed to be doing in the workplace.Nicole.lallier (talk) 15:49, 2 May 2018 (UTC)
