General remark
Navy ranks are not Army ranks.
Moreover, IDF mistakenly ranks Navy Aluf rank above its responsibilty, i.e. Vice Admiral rather than Rear Admiral upper half, thus it becomes odd that IDF Lt General Chief of Staff (Rav Aluf = Lt General) is equal to Aluf due to that error.
