Deleted Scene
editI wonder why the scene where Ricardo and Stewie spoke in Tagalog was deleted? 61.9.126.41 00:57, 2 August 2007 (UTC)
- We can only speculate. I'd say 1) because Jasper is wearing a dress, but more importantly, 2) because it contradicts earlier dialogue between Jasper and Stewie which clearly establishes that Jasper and Ricardo have a consenting sexual relationship and there would be no wedding night surprises for Ricardo as Stewie's deleted dialogue would seem to indicate. But that's just me speculating. ShutterBugTrekker 23:09, 2 August 2007 (UTC)
Anti-Gay Vandalism
editI'm not sure if it's worth mentioning or not, but I've just cleaned up some problems in the plot summary where an anonymous editor changed the ending to make the episode sound like it was against gay marriage, when of course the complete opposite is true. The supposed "resolution" was that Jasper and Ricardo are shot for being gay, and that Stewie gives a speech against homosexuality. Lois also remained convinced that marriage should be between a man and a woman. Needless to say, it is completely inaccurate.
I'm simply warning people of this, as the vandal may come back, and it's something that's easy to miss if you're just skimming the article. I doubt it's worth much concern, but seeing as how this page is part of the WikiProject LGBT Studies, I thought it was something that should be brought up.
Elephant-Penguin Kid
editAnyone know where I might find an image of the Paul, the elephant-penguin kid that Moses gets all mad about on the arc in this episode? Thnx in advance! Scott Free (talk) 20:18, 19 November 2007 (UTC)
10,000$ Joke
editCan somebody explain why this scene with Quagmire singing the Witchdoctor is funny. Or the "purpose". I especially don't get why McFarlane was willing to pay that money for a joke that doesn't even in the slightest relate to the original topic (signing the petition). Is it something from the lyrics of the song? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 92.226.141.4 (talk) 00:03, 7 January 2009 (UTC)
