Mass created article by Ser Amantio di Nicolao. The link to the Sri Lankan government website is a generic one containing no information, nor way of finding information, about this location. The article is, based on prior experience, most likely based on information from GNS, an unreliable source. The location is clearly within the boundaries of the city of Kandy and there is no obvious village at this location, still less one called Talwatta (local addresses do not mention this name).
