Usage
editThis template inserts a tooltip that says "approx." and approximately when hovered over.
If parameter link is set to a truthy value then "approx." will also be a link to Approximation (via the redirect Approximately), and if the parameter tilde is set to a truthy value, then "approx." will be replaced by a tilde.
If parameter 1 is set, that value will be displayed after the approx. This is to allow the approx. and a value to be a single entity semantically.
