A man was lynched yesterday flag
- ... that between 1920 and 1938 the NAACP flew a flag (pictured) at its New York headquarters to mark each lynching that occurred in the United States? "Between 1920 and 1938, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) flew a flag from the window of its Fifth Avenue headquarters in New York City when a lynching took place." - Article is new enough, long enough, neutral, and well referenced. Hook is interesting and supported by supplied source. However, the year 1920 is only mentioned in the lead without a source. It needs to be added to the body with appropriate citation. QPQ is done. No copyvio found. Image is freely licensed and looks good. -Zanhe (talk) 01:33, 24 October 2019 (UTC)
