This template provides a simple link to the Digitales Historisches Ortsverzeichnis von Sachsen (HOV) ("Digital Historic Index of Places in Saxony" in Germany) created by the Institute for Saxon History and Culture (Instituts für Sächsische Geschichte und Volkskunde) (ISGV).
Parameters
editThere are two parameters, that are both optional:

URL
contains the character string as used byhttp://hov.isgv.de/
. If the parameter is not entered, the article title is used (critical for article moves). This parameter must not contain any spaces.Name
contains the displayed placename. If the parameter is not entered, the article title is displayed.
