This template creates external links to Canadian Parliament information pages. By default it outputs one or more links in list format.
Usage

- parlinfo or ID is the item number used in the URL for a profile at https://lop.parl.ca/sites/ParlInfo/default/en_CA/People/Profile?personId=
- parliament is the key number used in the URL for a profile at https://www.ourcommons.ca/Parliamentarians/en/members/
- openparl is the subpage used in the URL for a list of speeches, votes, and activity at http://openparliament.ca/politicians/
- 2 can be used to change the name in the Parliament of Canada biography. If omitted, the page title is used.
- nolist is used to suppress formatting links as a list, mainly for use in references.
