This template is used to give out the Working Wikipedian's Barnstar on the English-language Wikipedia. This barnstar was previously known as the "Working Man's Barnstar," but the name was changed to be gender neutral. This barnstar has an option to display the barnstar as The "Working Man's," "Working Woman's," "Hard Worker's" or "Working Wikipedian's" Barnstar.
Usage

For the gender option, there are four optional parameters:
m = Man's
w or f (female) = Woman's
n = Hard Worker's
wiki = Wikipedian's
If none of these parameters are supplied, the template goes by the user's gender specified in their preferences. If none is specified, The Working Wikipedian's is the default.
An alternate version of this barnstar image is available by adding the |alt parameter:
