Using redirects
edit-@BrownHairedGirl: following renaming of one category at Wikipedia:Categories_for_discussion/Log/2021_December_9#Category:Baronies_of_Fingal, would it be appropriate to resolve category redirects in this template, e.g. Special:WhatLinksHere/Category:Baronies_of_Fingal? – Fayenatic London 23:39, 30 December 2021 (UTC)
- @Fayenatic london: that was a bad CFD decision, because it broke consistency.
- This module relies on consistency of naming, and I really really do not want to start coding it for exceptions. The remedy is to upmerge this anachronistic category to Category:Baronies of County Dublin, as suggested at CFD. BrownHairedGirl (talk) • (contribs) 23:52, 30 December 2021 (UTC)
