Phrasing change request

I just encountered this template for the first time, and the phrasing "You are subject to additional rules when you edit this page" felt surprisingly accusatory. I would like to request changing that to "All editors are subject to additional rules when they edit this page." Subsequent uses of second person pronouns could remain after thusly establishing that the template is directed at all editors and not only the one currently reading it.
