Convert to footer navbox
editI propose this template be converted to a footer navbox, so it doesn't interfere with text and images in main article space on all articles where it appears. — Cirt (talk) 06:35, 1 May 2013 (UTC)

- Update on status of footer template
- I posted a notice about this proposal to convert to a footer template that goes at the bottom of articles, using {{Navbox}}.
- I cross-posted the same notice to the talk page for {{Liberty}}.
- I waited over one week, and received one response in support of this proposal.
- Therefore, this has now been Done.
- I also took the liberty of going ahead and moving the newly converted template to the bottom of pages in the article-main-space where it was being used.
