To add missing historical (and remove horrendously unhistorical!) flags of Kuwait I propose the code below will replace the current one, I have made sure that the previous (incorrect) alias is not used in any article so as to not cause errors/problems.

Done. As with France I didn't include the variant with the current flag; although I can see the use of such variants (e.g. to mark instances of a template as not needing changing in case of a future flag change), no data templates currently have one AFAIK. It could be brought up at WT:WPFT to discuss whether or not to include these variants more generally. SiBr4 (talk) 10:18, 24 January 2019 (UTC)

I would suggest adding the Republic of Kuwait as an aliases as it was still a country and used the same flag. Chxeese (talk) 20:30, 16 October 2021 (UTC)
