Change title?
editPerhaps change to "This article includes citations that have been duplicated unnecessarily. Please consider using named references to avoid the unnecessary duplication of citations."? Qwertyxp2000 (talk | contribs) 23:56, 2 December 2015 (UTC)
- There appears too much repetition on the "duplicated citations" words. Qwertyxp2000 (talk | contribs) 02:25, 5 December 2015 (UTC)
- I boldly reworded. Revert if I suck at it. Oiyarbepsy (talk) 03:25, 5 December 2015 (UTC)
Content or style
edit- Discussed at User talk:Oiyarbepsy/2015I#Template:Duplicated citations Oiyarbepsy (talk) 22:44, 6 December 2015 (UTC)
- We've got a consensus that it is a style issue, not a content issue. Used to be constantly battling my mind on this topic from the conflicting ideas in my head. Qwertyxp2000 (talk | contribs) 23:20, 6 December 2015 (UTC)
Removed bolding from "reason" parameter
editI've removed the bold markup from the "reason" parameter because the User:Polygnotus/DuplicateReferences script that calls this template is generating a reason text that spans more than one line, which breaks the bold markup stream and causes missing end tag lint errors. —Bruce1eetalk 13:32, 24 August 2024 (UTC)
- @Bruce1ee: Thank you! Big fan, love your movies. Polygnotus (talk) 13:38, 24 August 2024 (UTC)
- My pleasure. BTW, my user name does not stand for Bruce Lee, see my user page. But no worries, I get this often! —Bruce1eetalk 13:43, 24 August 2024 (UTC)
