The background color not visible in Dark mode

I see white text on a dark gray background. That seems to conform to the idea of "dark mode" to me. I don't see anything broken. – Jonesey95 (talk) 04:57, 26 September 2024 (UTC)

Edit request 30 November 2024

This infobox needs a much more logical order and a semi-complete rejig. I suggest the following:

Please move the {{{religion}}}, {{{denomination}}}, {{{school}}}, {{{lineage}}}, {{{sect}}}/{{{subsect}}}, {{{dharma_names}}}, and {{{monastic_name}}} parameters down under the "Organization" heading, and delete the repeat of the {{{profession}}} parameter from under the top section. Please move the parameters {{{initiation}}}, {{{ordination}}}, and {{{profession}}} up so that they fall under the more logical "Organization" heading. Rename the "Organization" heading as "Religious life" by default to mirror the top heading, to be remained "Personal life" . "Military service" and associated parameters would be moved to the bottom, below "Senior posting". Gaia Octavia Agrippa ^Talk 02:07, 30 November 2024 (UTC)

Thank you Jonesey95. I have now edited the {{Infobox religious biography/sandbox}} and the test cases are available to view for comment by interested parties please ({{Infobox religious biography/testcases}}).

I have rearranged things so that there are three main sections (personal life, religious life, and senior posting): "Personal life" is restricted to basic biographical data such as birth, death, education, marriage, children etc; "religious life" covers the basics such as religion/denomination, temple, religious institute,profession/ordination/initiation; "senior posting/religious career" section which covers their most relevant senior appointment(s). Then I've moved the military and extra modules to the bottom, where they are usually found in biographical infoboxes. Gaia Octavia Agrippa ^Talk 15:06, 30 November 2024 (UTC)

I think the rearrangement makes a lot of sense. I suspect that this template simply accreted new parameters over time and has not been reorganized in a while.
