Ontologies

I've added GO and SO rows, but it might be better to have a single 'Ontologies:' row which can accept GO:XXXXXX and/or SO:XXXXXX accessions and link appropriately. I'll look into doing it but if someone who knows more about template syntax wants to make the change, please do Jebus989^✰ 15:49, 2 September 2011 (UTC)

Suggestion:Update HGNC, OMIM and NCBI links and category names

A couple of suggested edits:

- The links to HGNC are dead and need to be updated to https://www.genenames.org/data/gene-symbol-report/#!/hgnc_id/{{{HGNCid}}}

- The links to OMIM are dead and need to be updated to https://www.omim.org/entry/{{{OMIM}}}

- Consider link update for NCBI Gene IDs: The links to NCBI do currently work, but could be updated to https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/gene/{{{EntrezGene}}} (also consider updating "EntrezGene" as an identifier, as below).

- Text in identifiers box "Entrez" should be updated to "NCBI" or "NCBI Gene" since NCBI no longer call this database Entrez Gene.

- Text "HUGO" should read "HGNC", and link to the Wikipedia page for HGNC rather than HUGO, as these are distinct entities and HGNC ID's are assigned and maintained by HGNC, not HUGO.
