Why?

We have 3 (or more!) templates, we should have one. And they should use {{infobox}}, which is easier and clearer than the current templates.

Welsh constituencies

Can someone please change the welsh national region government overlap from Welsh Assembly to Senedd Cymru – Welsh Parliament in this infobox. Thank You. Cwmcafit (talk) 14:54, 17 July 2020 (UTC)

Edit request: Counties of Ireland, for historic constituencies

The counties field should link to Counties of Ireland for 1801–1922 Irish constituencies, as per this test. Iveagh Gardens (talk) 19:39, 6 January 2023 (UTC)

Fixed capitalisation

I noticed that some pages that use this template, such as Fareham (UK Parliament constituency) said "Former County constituency" rather than "Former county constituency". I've fixed that now. We no longer have to worry about the capitalisation of the first letter of "county", "borough", or "burgh" in the input to this template; the template takes care of that for us now.
