Replacing with Template:Map with marks
editBecause map focuses on Kivu region which is only small part of Congo I think instead I will replace this template with one utilizing Template:Map with marks. It would lose current syntax, but would only contain Kivu region. Borysk5 (talk) 16:04, 2 November 2022 (UTC)
- Are you going to include Ituri or are you going make a separate map for that?--Garmin21 (talk) 14:50, 3 November 2022 (UTC)
- @Garmin21: You can readjust it dynamically. I created sample in User:Borysk5/sandbox. However problem is you can't add labels in this template or links, only plain text on map. Borysk5 (talk) 15:04, 3 November 2022 (UTC)
- Allright I think my version of template at User:Borysk5/sandbox is mostly finished. It breaks the syntax, and doesn't allow seeing names of dots, however it's more focused on Kivu and allows more colors and more groups even without dots or description as names of groups will be listed on map. I mostly used kivusecurity.org/map# incidents from 1 June 2022 onwards, rest sources listed in edits. If there's no problems I'm gonna implement it soon. Borysk5 (talk) 09:10, 5 November 2022 (UTC)
