I've added a new section to the template for Ashes pages - currently the episode one is a red-link but I think we can get one set up fairly quickly - we know the number of episodes and a bit of info about episode 1 for definite. Also red-linked is Shaz's page, which obviously will be created at some point. Hope you like how it looks. Tphi (talk) 17:54, 22 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Reverting my change (from "Annie Cartwright" to "Annie Cartwright/Norris", Tphi said "we should keep the template about the british show". Why not add a section for the US show just like for Ashes to Ashes? I don't thing there's a need to create separate character pages for each show either. I'd say there's no need for a US section - a link to the US Show's article is enough - and indeed there are no other articles on the American version yet (only two episodes have aired!). In a way I agree with you Ausir - there is no need for separate character articles as right now they can easily fit into the US show's article and do not yet need to be expanded out.
As I wrote over on the LoM Project Page - "I'm not too comfortable about how the character pages are starting to being used for both versions right now. We should keep the established pages for the British version, and let the American version go off on its own tangent as it apparently will do. Take the Office for example - different show from the same concept, but there isn't just one article for Jim & Tim, or Michael & David." That's my viewpoint on this one. But more importantly in my view, the similarity between the two shows is that although they may start off from the same beginnings, they are both progressing differently with the show's story. Tphi (talk) 17:36, 18 October 2008 (UTC)Reply
