Phrasing and custom-wording, for parameter 3
editI have a suggestion for this template: in the earliest version, parameter 3 occurs after a sentence that reads something like "This note was also left for you:" with the note as parameter 3. Now, the contents of parameter 3 no longer follow such a sentence, and instead just appear after other parts of the template's text. What this does is it makes the template's whole text read as though it was written word-for-word by the person placing the tag, which is a little misleading. The earlier text, indicating that a note of some kind was specifically left, more honestly indicates A.) that most of the template is boilerplate but also B.) that a specific portion is personal and not bot-originated. Could the template be re-phrased maybe so that this is clearer to the person reading an instance of the template in use? (I hate it when bots do my writing for me, though I applaud their efficiency, of course, and I hate misconstruing what was and was not written by a bot in messages I get). Just thoughts. Thanks!
