Completed. This is better, because its use is in e.g. Category:2001 in sports in California as a hatnote. The CE template makes it appear like a hatnote, so much better than before, thank you editor Aidan721! P.I. Ellsworth , ed. put'er there 00:31, 31 March 2023 (UTC)
