User unified login vs SUL Box

Hm... In that case I would like to know what is the difference between: Template:SUL Box and Template:User unified login/userbox and how are they related to Template:User unified login?

In today's world hackers want to find your username and password. I just took this box off of my page because I realized I really shouldn't be telling people what my username is on various platforms.
