changes to this welcome template

Background color
editIf nobody objects, I'm going to go ahead and change the background of this template to the standard white. This yellow isn't used in any other welcome templates that I can find and I have concerns about the contrast and vision accessibility. cymru.lass (talk • contribs) 00:19, 13 November 2018 (UTC)
- @Cymru.lass: I agree; the yellow background always surprised me. I think that it makes the message appear more like a "general automatic notice" than a personal welcome. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 13:40, 18 November 2018 (UTC)
