Removed category

edit

I went ahead and removed that welcomebot research category from the template. I'm assuming this is something from a while back, but I think it'd be smarter to simply transclude an invisible template (much like how {{NoAutosign}} works). That way newbies don't have a weird category on their pages. Lemme know if that was a horrid idea. or if an actual bot uses it. --slakr(talk) 10:10, 31 August 2007 (UTC)Reply

Me

edit

This doesn't seem to work properly unless you provide it with the parameter 'me'. Is there a way to fix that? I just posted it to someone's talk page and then had to go back in and edit out the link to [[User_talk:{{{me}}}]]. --Masamage 00:58, 21 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Add article input?

edit

Hello all, Would it be possible to add an input on the template that would coordinate with Wikipedia:Twinkle so that I can quickly add the article where I noticed a new user to the welcome message? Thanks! | :) |
