May I suggest using the WikiProject Finland image istead?

Template-protected edit request on 29 November 2021

I created a sandbox page for the template where I believe I successfully pruned all deprecated and dead code meant to interface with the WPBannerMeta framework, added functionality for tracking featured media and redirects, needed infoboxes and auto assessment (which are common to most currently active WikiProjects), and polished the text and visual styling a bit. All needed categories have been created in advance of the changes and I believe the discrepancies remaining on the testcases page I also created are now solely related to the switch from direct transclusion of the documentation subpage to using the WPBannerMeta framework to do so.
