Photo requests

{{Editprotected}} This template should allow |needs-photo=yes, with a corresponding Lepidoptera photo requests category to be a subcat of Category:Wikipedia requested photographs of insecta. I've added the parameter as requested. Could you please create Category:Wikipedia requested photographs of lepidoptera? I also removed some other parameters which didn't seem to be used, i.e. attention, needs-infobox and auto. Let me know if you want them adding back in. category class

{{editprotected}} Can some enable the category class assessment? Right now all the pages tagged as |class=cat go in Category:NA-Class Lepidoptera articles. I think you do this by changing |QUALITY_SCALE=yes to |QUALITY_SCALE=extended. Or should I add something like {{class mask|{{{class|}}}|topic=Lepidoptera|category=yes}} to Template:WikiProject Lepidoptera/class? Rocket000 (talk) 15:57, 4 November 2009 (UTC)

Done. Incase you wanted to know it required creating this and tweaking this. It may take a while to update the category, because cache needs updating first. You can prove it works on individual cases with WP:Null edits though. Rambo's Revenge (talk) 17:19, 4 November 2009 (UTC)

Change photo requests to image requests

As part of a nearly-completed shift to distinguish requests for photos from requests for images in general, it is requested that this template be modified to place talk pages in "Wikipedia requested images of..." categories, rather than the old "Wikipedia requested photographs of..." categories. As such, please supplement all references to "photo(s) of..." and "photograph(s) of..." with "image(s) of..." in both the template and its documentation, while maintaining backwards compatibility for the old "photo" parameters. In particular, change "photograph or picture" to simply "image". Note that the "Wikipedia requested images of..." categories have already been created.
