Darshan Raval (born 18 October 1994)[2] is an Indian singer, composer, and songwriter. He is known for his work in Hindi, Gujarati, Punjabi and Bengali. He was runner-up in the 2014 StarPlus reality music show India's Raw Star.[3]

Early life
editDarshan Raval was born on 18 October 1994 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat into a Gujarati Hindu family.[4] His father Rajendra Raval is a freelance writer. His mother Rajal Raval is a housemaker.
Raval was expelled from college due to poor academic performance.[5]
Career
editIn 2014, Raval began his career by participating in the reality show "India's Raw Star," where he was the first runner-up.[6][3] Raval has mentioned the support of Himesh Reshammiya as an important factor in his initial success in Bollywood.[7][8]
As of 2023, he has released several popular songs in different languages, including Hindi, Gujarati, and Telugu. Some of his notable works include "Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga" from the film with the same name," "Chogada" in the film Loveyatri, "Kabhi Tumhe" in Shershaah and "Kheech Meri Photo" in Sanam Teri Kasam.[9]
Indian pop sensation Darshan Raval , who complete 10 years in the Indian music industry , has built a large fan following ,known popularly as the 'Blue Family'.
He has a number of superhit romantic songs that includes Mehrama, Asal mein, much loved mahiye jinna sona and many more.
