William Joseph O'Neill Daunt (1807–1894) was a politician, historian and novelist. He was a supporter of the Repeal Association, and MP for Mallow between 1832 and 1833.[1] He was also private secretary to Daniel O'Connell between 1841–2.[2][3][4]
