- The following discussion is preserved as an archive of a request for adminship for a large scary dinosaur. The process wasn't required because the dragon like creature has consumed Bishonen and taken over her magic powers. Please feel free to modify it or remove this unofficial message.
Bishzilla (talk · contribs) - Bishzilla would be the ideal administrator. Anyone who says otherwise is itchin' for a fight. She graduated from admin school with a bare minimum of collateral damage, maiming only three newbies, two of whom may yet recover. It is my grave honor to nominate this proud giant reptile. —Bunchofgrapes (talk) 17:19, 22 January 2007 (UTC)
- Me, hairy beast from the deep woods[1], want to convince youze people to make Bishzilla an admin. Why? Well, for one, cause I said so, that's why. But mainly because of what might happen if you DON'T! Save youzeselves a lot of grief and just vote "Support".--Bigfoot 17:39, 24 January 2007 (UTC)
- Thank you Bigfoot! Bishzilla bigger feet! (Insert little joke about treading on Tokyo here. Bishzilla learn about joking in admin school, now have very good personality!) Bishzilla | grrrr! 18:40, 24 January 2007 (UTC).
- Here is MY endorsement for this candidate. Bishzilla, I really hope you make a real good Admin. Martial Law 21:33, 17 February 2007 (UTC)
Bishzilla honest candidate, upfront, admit unusual status as sockpuppet of admin (Bishonen). Bishzilla can't help her origins, has risen above! Claim independence, has escaped puppeteer control. (Bishonen scared of her!) Zilla deserve her own bit! Will not object to removal of weenie Bishonen's bit, Zilla more useful admin!
- Questions for the candidate
Dear candidate, thank you for offering to serve Wikipedia in this capacity. Please take the time to answer a few generic questions to provide guidance for participants:
- 1. What sysop chores do you anticipate helping with? Please check out Category:Wikipedia backlog and Category:Administrative backlog, and read the page about administrators and the administrators' reading list.
- A: Toooooools! Less talk, more tools!
- 2. Of your articles or contributions to Wikipedia, are there any with which you are particularly pleased, and why?
- A: Zilla not strong content contributor. Motto: "More bull, less writing." Zilla more wikignome. Take pride in history merge of Talk:Lufthansa with Portal:India. Complicated! Bishzilla cleverly make talkpage link for Zilla sig [/me drums briefly on chest, overcome with self-conceit]. See how cool: Bishzilla | grrrr! Looking forward to developer status!
- Bishzilla unjustly accused of being merely popular #wikipedia IRC personality. Clearly untrue, active on wiki also, kindly and helpful. See for example Random Acts of Kindness Barnstar from User:MONGO. No bribes involved, MONGO never on IRC, great guy!
- Bishzilla learn good admin personality in admin school. Receive successful personal coaching in good sense of humor, laugh uproariously at Megatokyo Rent-A-Zilla, at which would only have stared when newbie. Thank you admin school!
- 3. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or have other users caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
- A: Bastique place welcome template when Zilla already welcomed by the venerable Bishonen, grrrr, cause much stress! Deal with by eating welcome wagon, will continue to eat those. Admin school say not eat users themselves in future, eat inanimate objects only. Check. Bishzilla eager to learn! Will apologize to Bastique's family as soon as located. (Seem to be in hiding.)
- Gurch block Zilla for accidentally squashing Gurchzilla, grrrrr, unjust and stressful![2] Zilla deal well, graciously accept apology and compensation, hug little user.[3] Oops. Zilla learning to hug little users more gently, always ready to learn, very keen user! Give tools soon!
- 4. If you become a bureaucrat, will you pledge not to discuss promotion or non-promotion of potential admins on any other forum during the course of nominations and especially when making a decision? And to discuss issues of promotion or non-promotion only with other bureaucrats, in their talk, where such discussion would be transparent? (I admit it might be a bit early to ask this, but you never know...) —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Ais523 (talk • contribs) 16:59, 24 January 2007 (UTC).

- 5.: Do you prefer to eat the firstborn children of vandals, or of spammers? ✎ Peter M Dodge ( Talk to Me • Neutrality Project ) 17:49, 24 January 2007 (UTC)
- 6. If appointed, will you be open to recall, and, if so, under what circumstances? TheronJ 18:32, 24 January 2007 (UTC)
- A: No worries, Bishzilla recall if three little users request. (Bishzilla can count to three, learn many new skills in admin school.) Three little users will be BURNED TO CRISPS, fair exchange. Sorry miss question before. Now support, little ThereonJ? Bishzilla | grrrr! 10:15, 29 January 2007 (UTC).
- Optional question from Irpen
- 7. If elected, do you plan to join #wikipedia-en-admins? (I can't support you if you plan to avoid this valuable communication medium). --Irpen 04:11, 29 January 2007 (UTC)
- Optional question from Dragons flight
- 8. Are you a dragon, or in any way related to dragons? Dragons flight 10:20, 29 January 2007 (UTC)

- 9. Is it true that the candidate: (a) came up from the depths, (b) is thirty stories high, (c) breathing fire, (d) head in the sky, (e) Bishzilla! Bishzilla! Bishzilla!, (f) ... and Bishzookie. Or am I confusing you with someone/thing else? Bubba hotep 21:56, 30 January 2007 (UTC)
- A: Cousin Godzilla maybe? Bishzilla up from deeps, no depths involved. Regret mere ten stories high, but Bishzilla spiderman suit fit all the better when climbing Reichstag. Bishzilla | grrrr! 22:36, 30 January 2007 (UTC).

Support
- Support: I have every confidence this candidate would not misuse the tools. Eat them, maybe, but not misuse them. With regard to the concern that the candidate is non-human, in reviewing the current list of admins I note the presence of a chihuahua, a porpoise, a mouse, an eagle, a crustacian, a gerbil, and most to the point a dragon, among others, so that precedent was set a long time ago. I trust Bishzilla to know when to give users a gentle hug and when it's time for something more like aggressive taunting with a suggestion of death. I hope that's okay, 'zilla, please don't kill me. - Kill all humans - with so many of them editing it's obviously gonna cause a near catastrophe of a systemic bias, 'bout time they were culled. So, Bishzilla's eaten a few editors here and there, <BURP> who hasn't, all it taught me was Mexicans give me indigestion... I stand in awe of Bishzilla, well I pretty much have to stand for everything since Bishzilla ate my furniture last week, I'm not complaining mind you, it was only fair, it was all paisley. - Neutral: I share the concern over reptiles being given the admin buttons- so far nearly all successful admins have been mammals. Also this editor seems to have questionable language skills in almost all areas except roaring. There's already too much percieved division between admins and non-admins, and we don't want to encourage the notion that admins are big scary roaring monsters by appointing actual big scary roaring monsters. All that said, I really cannot bring myself to oppose either, mainly out of fear of being eaten. If this editor can evolve a bit and get back to us, I may be able to support in an era or two. Oppose. I'm sorry, but 47 edits and 11 projectspace don't much experience on Wikipedia, and I cannot entrust this user to perform a good use of the tools. The answers are absurd, specificly to question one, which needs to be threated very seriously. Please keep editing on Wikipedia for a few months and come back.
