Hello Welcome to C2A06's userpage, I have been editing Wikipedia since 22 February 2019 and my main interest is transport articles.
Before 2018, I edited always from my IP address but in April 2018 I decided I was ready to create my first account. I created the account C2216 on 8 April 2018, and made around 50 edits before I simply abandoned my account after 29 April 2018. Click here to view my edits. I then edited from my IP until February 2019 when I wanted to edit from an account again. So I decided to register my current account after I failed to log into my original account. I created it with the placeholder name C2216a. I then edited exclusively from my account and made lots of good edits (see my contributions). After a month of editing I decided that I was no longer comfortable with the placeholder name C2216a and I wanted to change my username. I requested a username change from C2216a to C2A, my second username, which took effect on 30 March 2019. I continued to edit and improve Wikipedia until May 2019 when I decided to take a Wikibreak because I was engaged in a long term conflict with several other editors and I was getting bored of editing Wikipedia and I wanted to take a break and do something else. My last edit was on 9 May 2019, and from then I abandoned my account and stopped editing Wikipedia. On 1 December 2019 I returned briefly to make a relatively low string of edits before I then left again. In April 2020, I then got bored and didn't have anything much to do (partly because of the lockdown), so I decided to return to Wikipedia for the foreseeable future and occasionally take a break here and there. On 21 April 2020, I requested a second username change, from C2A to C2A06, my current username.
As I mentioned at the top of this page, I edit and I am interested in transport articles. I particularly agree with Redrose64's conclusion that whilst there are many excellent articles, there are still some which could do with improvement
. I read through a number of articles and check if there are any areas which could do with improvement, and most of the time, there are! As an obvious statement per above, Every time I make an improvement I feel very satisfied with myself. In the past, it has happened many times when other editors have reverted my edits either with an extremely vague explanation or none at all, and I feel very dissatisfied like many other editors when this happens. Even worse, sometimes other editors revert my changes without explanation and falsely accuse me of disruptive editing when I instead have good intentions for my actions. This happened so many times when I was a newbie (especially [1] and [2]) and I HATED IT SO MUCH! Please always be civil towards editors and assume good faith, especially towards a newcomer! Please do not always stalk my edits all the time and choose to revert them without explanation, please always leave a good explanation why you reverted me so I don't have to open your talk page and question you, which will be even harder because I find it hard to interact with people who are uncivil towards me. Once again, please always be nice.
I have decided from now on that I will always be editing from my account and never from my IP address, as I understand that it could violate Wikipedia's sockpuppetry policy. Occasionally here and there, I forget to log into my account and will accidentally make an edit or two from my IP address. Usually, I will realise when that happens, and I will immediately log back into my account and edit exclusively from that. I always edit Wikipedia from my computer, not now, not ever will I edit from my mobile, f*ck that crap!
